We call our food preparation method Regenerative Cuisine - it is good for our health and for our ecosystem, the Atlantic Forest. We use local ingredients, prioritizing the vegetables, roots, and fruits produced in our organic gardens and agroforests.
Our food is 100% vegetarian and we can make vegan options available.
We work to reduce waste in our kitchen using fresh food, avoiding plastic and producing only organic waste that, through composting, returns to the natural cycle
